Terms and Conditions

1. The contract is the document or documents that set out these Conditions and all other details about your agreement with us. The contract is formed on our acceptance of your order.

2. In this Contract the following definitions apply: “We”, “Us” and “Our” means Kings Fun Casino LTD. “You” or “hirer” means the person, firm, company, corporation or public authority or body to whom we supply Equipment on hire. “Equipment” means the hired items referred to in the Contract.
3. These Conditions exclude any terms and conditions you may have put forward, except where we have agreed to any amendments or other conditions in writing. ​
4. These conditions do not affect the statutory rights of a person dealing as a consumer as defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, or any statutory modification of that Act. The Contract will be governed by and interpreted with English Law.
5. You will provide the prize that will be presented to the winner(s) of the fun casino unless arranged otherwise.
6. Chips utilised at the event have no cash value and therefore cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. No cash prizes can or will be awarded.
8. Kings Fun Casino LTD complies with the Lotteries & Amusements Act 1976 under section 15 and the National Lotteries Act 1993.
9. Games are played for amusements only, although prizes may be given.
10. Casino nights are lawful if held as part of an “exempt entertainment”, as laid down in section 15 of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976. A copy of the Act can be obtained from the Office of Public Sector Information (formerly HMSO). Under Section 15, the promoters of an “exempt entertainment” (i.e.: a fete, dinner, dance, sporting event or bazaar etc) may lawfully provide as part of the entertainment any “amusement with prizes”, whether it is a lottery or gaming or both, provided the following conditions are met: that the whole proceeds of the entertainment, after deducting the expenses of the entertainment, shall be devoted to purposes other than private gain; and that the facilities for winning prizes at such amusements are not the only or substantial inducement to persons to attend the entertainment.
11. Children who wish to take part in the fun casino must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
12. To avoid damage occurring to our casino equipment, we ask that no drinks are placed on our casino tables at any time. However, we appreciate drink is an integral part of an event and so our tables are designed to allow drinks to be placed underneath the gaming table.
13. All casino chips, cards and fun money, must be handed back at the end of the event, unless prior arrangements have been made with Kings Fun Casino LTD. Failure to do so will result in a charge to cover the cost of replacing the missing items.
14. Kings Fun Casino LTD reserves the right to exclude any guests from the casino tables if it is believed that their presence at the tables is disruptive, abusive, or inhibiting other guests’ enjoyment of the event.
15. Our members of staff and croupiers conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. If at any time during the event, our staff feel threatened or are met with abusive behaviour, whether verbal or physical, from guests, Kings Fun Casino LTD retains the right to cease gaming with immediate effect. In this circumstance, the client will not be entitled to a refund.
16. If any damage occurs to any of the equipment supplied for the event (tables, roulette wheel, chips etc) Kings Fun Casino LTD reserves the right to postpone or cease use of all or part of the equipment during the event and no refund will be offered regardless of the amount of game play remaining.

17. It is your responsibility to make sure that all people who use the equipment while in your possession / hired by you, do not misuse or damage it.

18. Very occasionally, we find ourselves in the company of intoxicated or highly enthusiastic guests whose actions threaten to cause significant damage to our casino equipment and/or physical harm to our members of staff. If, in this situation, a guest causes damage to our casino equipment, whether intentionally or accidentally, the host/organiser will be personally accountable to us for all the damages and liable to pay for the repair of the damaged equipment.
19. You will pay the hire charge stated in this Contract.
20. Quotations are subject to equipment availability at time of confirmation.
21. Our standard fee includes up to three (3) hours of gaming time.
22. Should you require our services for a longer period of time, it is possible for the gaming time to be extended, subject to availability and agreement on the additional fee. Extended play is charged by the hour per table.
23. The start time for the gaming period will be decided between the client and Kings Fun Casino LTD prior to the event.

24. All prices quoted include:

(1) Travelling to and from the venue
(2) The setting up of the tables and equipment
(3) Use of the tables and equipment for up to three (3) hours
(4) Use of all playing cards, chips and fun money for the duration of play
(5) The services of our croupiers to deal for up to three (3) hours
(6) Public liability insurance cover
25. All travel and setting up costs are included in our standard fee, unless stated otherwise. We always arrive in plenty of time to set up the casino tables and equipment in readiness for your event. If you require us to set up more than one hour prior to the start of the gaming period, a separate charge for an early attendance may apply.
26. It is the responsibility of the host/organiser of the event to ensure that the guests are aware that the gaming period has begun. Kings Fun Casino LTD will not extend the gaming period if guests arrive late to the tables, or if other parts of the event run late unless a further fee is agreed.
27. All time is chargeable including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. All charges are payable on demand.
28. Kings Fun Casino LTD requires a deposit to be provided on all bookings.
29. To secure the date for your event we take a deposit payment of 50% of the total cost of hire at the time of booking. The remainder of the hire fee must be paid not less than 28 days before the date of the event. You are welcome to pay the full amount of the hire cost at the time of booking should you prefer.
30. If the booking is made within 28 days of the event date, a deposit will not be acceptable and the full cost of hire must be paid at the time of booking.
31. If payment is not made when due, we will be entitled to interest on the amount that is overdue at four per cent above the prevailing base rate of Natwest Bank plc, calculated on a daily basis. This will be without prejudice to any other rights or remedies we may have. You will also pay to us any charges we reasonably incur in the recovery from you of money and Equipment.
32. It is the duty of the Hirer to provide at such destination or site, adequate access to the site and a duly authorised representative to accept the goods. If the Hirer fails to provide for this, the Hirer will not be permitted to dispute subsequently the facts of the delivery and be deemed to have accepted the delivery and these conditions.
33. It will be your responsibility at all times to arrange a suitable supply of electricity for use with the Equipment. Under no circumstances should electrical equipment be used without it being correctly earthed unless it is of double insulated specification. You will be responsible for complying with requirements of the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 during the period of your responsibility for the equipment.
34. If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify us of this at the very earliest opportunity.
35. Half the deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
36. Depending when you cancel the booking, the following terms apply in respect of your deposit and/or the cost of hire:
(1) If the cancellation is made more than 9 weeks prior to the hire, you will be entitled to half of your deposit back.
(2) If you cancel with less than 9 weeks but more than 3 weeks to go before your hire date, you will not be entitled to any of your deposit back.
(3) If the cancellation is made with less than 21 days before the hire date, or made during the Christmas period (Nov 28 – Jan 02), the whole cost of the hire, will still be payable. Where the deposit and balance has been paid before cancellation, neither of these will be refundable. Where only a deposit has been paid before cancellation, the balance of the full cost of the hire will still remain due from you notwithstanding cancellation and we will the balance to be settled within 14 days of cancellation of the hire.
37. If you need to change the date or time of your event, please contact us at the earliest opportunity and subject to availability we will do our utmost to accommodate you. Postponement of bookings maybe allowed subject to our discretion.
38. Changes to dates made within 28 days of the previously agreed date of event, will be charged a separate booking fee and the cost of the previously agreed event will have to be paid in full.
39. It is your responsibility to inform us of any major events that are scheduled within the vicinity of your venue within 48 hours of your function date that may cause extra traffic or delays. We cannot be held responsible for late arrival or none arrival if you have not informed us at least 48hours before your function date. If you do not inform us no refunds will be payable.
40. A final invoice will be sent before the entertainment is to be provided requesting full and final payment. The final balance will be due for full payment no later than 28 days before the entertainment is to be provided. If a block booking has been made the date of the first booking will be deemed as `the date the entertainment is to be provided`. If the final balance is not received within 28 days of the event date the booking will be deemed as cancelled and the cancellation charges above will apply.
41. Any failure by us to enforce any or all of these Conditions shall not amount to, or be interpreted as, a waiver of any of our rights.
42. If any provision of the Contract is held by a court or other competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of the Contract and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected. These Conditions do not affect the statutory rights of a person dealing as a consumer as defined by the Unfair Contracts Terms Act 1977, or any statutory modification of that Act. The Contract will be governed by and interpreted with English Law.
43. The copyright to fun money, all footage and finished DVD material including any still photography taken by our representative at your function is owned by Kings Fun Casino LTD and may be used for any promotional activity including promotional photos / video and web photos / video.
